The specification for this job was to insert a toilet and shower room into a ground floor double
living room at the same time opening up the existing space by removing the fireplaces , doors and
central wall between the 2 rooms.

The result is a bright elegant living space plus a useful ground floor toilet/shower room accessible
from the corridor.
